Counseling and Therapy for Anyone Needing a New Direction

You are here because something is off. The armor that you normally wear might need to be repaired, or the protective shield that you use to manifest isn’t as effective as it used to be. Do you feel like you're stuck in a labyrinth and can't figure out which direction to go to escape it? You might be experiencing anxiety or OCD symptoms that are affecting every aspect of your life and you can't figure out how to make it stop. You could be having trouble you didn’t used to have, or you are ready to face something that has been there a while. Perhaps you have suffered a loss that you aren’t sure how to handle and no one else "gets" why you can't get past it. Do you find yourself confused about big life stuff and just need a space and a person to help sort it all out? There might be moments of your life that seem stuck on repeat in your mind and you can’t find the STOP button on the remote. These are common challenges in the game of life, but the good news is you don’t have to figure it out alone.

Many of my clients identify with some of these topics and are looking for a safe space to let down their guard and be their authentic selves.  Change and exploration of these types of situations are tough and scary, but it helps to find another human that sees and hears you. I create a space for you to explore the known and the unknown with a guide that respects every single part of you and all your experiences. This is the kind of support that I offer to all my clients.

Working together, we will determine where you want to start and craft a plan to accomplish whatever you need to accomplish. My therapeutic style is warm, realistic, authentic, compassionate, and non-judgmental. I approach everything in our work together with curiosity, empathy, and acceptance and I believe that you are the expert on you. If you’re ready to take the next step, I offer a free 20 minute consultation to see if we might be a good fit to work together.  Click on the "Schedule a Free Consultation" button at the bottom of the page and we can set it up.

I consider myself a geek. I grew up reading comics, wanting to boldly go where no one has gone before, and being fascinated by a galaxy far, far away. My therapeutic style is warm, authentic, compassionate, fun, and non-judgmental. If it makes sense, I love incorporating aspects of geek culture into our work together because they often represent important aspects of who we are. Embracing what we love, whatever that is, and utilizing it in creating change is an amazing process. I believe that we are ALL more than meets the eye, and if you feel like your geekiness might work well with a therapist that speaks geek, click the button to schedule a free consultation and let’s talk more about how that could work.
